National Children's Human Rights Contest
2003 was the third year that INSGENAR, PDHRE Latin America, Rosario Human Rights City and the Ombudsperson's Office of the Province of Santa Fe orchestrated this special contest for boys and girls. With over 600 entries submitted by over 3000 children this year alone, the contest is a grand success. Elementary school children from two grade categories (1 to 3 and 4 to 6) submitted a variety of audiovisual, artistic and written works depicting one or more of the universal human rights of the child. The judges were very impressed with the quality of work and commented that the entries were incredibly imaginative and often included the participation of whole grade levels and schools.
